1. Data controller

Korvylixomx Consultores S.A. de C.V., with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 14, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, ZIP 06600, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Data we collect

We collect full name and email when you subscribe to the newsletter; technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited via cookies and analytics tools, always with your prior consent.

3. Purposes

Your data is used to send the newsletter, the educational materials you request, communications about updates to this notice and, with your authorization, anonymous statistical measurements to improve the site.

4. Transfers

We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only use email delivery and analytics technology providers acting as processors, located in Mexico and the European Union, with safeguards equivalent to the LFPDPPP.

5. ARCO rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, as well as revoke your consent, by writing to privacidad@korvylixomx.com. We will reply within a maximum of 20 business days.

6. Retention period

We will keep your data while your subscription remains active. After you unsubscribe, data is blocked for 24 months due to legal obligations and is then permanently erased.

Any modification will be posted on this page along with the update date. Substantive changes will also be communicated by email.
